  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and willingness to cold prospect
  • Comfortable spending most of the week driving and meeting customers face-to-face
  • Experience in industrial, construction, agricultural, manufacturing, warehousing, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Territory Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills
  • Ability to develop new business through daily in-person cold visits and relationship building
  • Manage and grow a territory of dealers, retailers, contractors, and industrial accounts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support reseller partners
  • Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and networking
  • Travel throughout your territory with overnight travel averaging 3 nights per week
