Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow market share and develop customer relationships within the water and wastewater industry. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technical products, equipment, services, or solutions to municipalities, utilities, engineering firms, contractors, and wholesale customers.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within municipal, industrial, and commercial water markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with water utilities, municipalities, consulting engineers, contractors, and end users.
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical sales demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations.
  • Track project opportunities from specification through award and implementation.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
