Inside Sales Account Representative

The Inside Sales Account team plays a crucial role in the success of Client Professional Solutions by driving growth through managing customer accounts, executing sales initiatives, and partnering closely with sales teams to strengthen relationships and deliver a seamless customer experience for a portfolio of foodservice operators. The mission of the Inside Sales Representative position is to contribute to the retention and growth of existing business and onboard new accounts. This is achieved through various activities such as selling products, executing brand initiatives and promotions, distributing marketing and merchandising materials, setting up and onboarding new accounts, troubleshooting equipment, managing order logistics, and qualifying and converting lead generation through our CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Updates account information, venue details, and program records in the customer management system with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries ensuring successful resolutions.
  • Handle account requests, including setup and maintenance, equipment service, accounting disputes, product tracking, and delivery claims, driving results through efficient processes.
  • Focused proactive sales and support outreach calls by tier, driving results.
  • Implement sales tactics and able to identify opportunities within the existing customer portfolio, ensuring profitable and successful outcomes.

Experience

  • 2+ years sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
