Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Report to: Branch Manager
PMI Pipe, Steel amp; Supplies is looking for a high energy individual to join our Inside Sales team! Applicants do not have to possess sales experience to apply for this opportunity. Bilingual Inside Sales Representatives are to participate in our sales operations and activities. A Bilingual Inside Sales Representative works with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. They must demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism during in-store and follow-up with customers. They must develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. This is an hourly position with commission.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails.
· Greet customers and create rapport
· Responsible for closing deals and processing payments
· Responsible for customer follow-up
· Developing leads and referrals
· Achieve monthly sales quotas
· Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
· Report any inventory or pricing discrepancies to the branch manager.
· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
· Have an excellent knowledge of company inventory
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Respond in a timely manner to company email, voicemail, and text
· Attend monthly sales meetings.
· Identify slow-moving items.
· Coordinate purchasing with all locations.
· Utilize all 7 locations’ inventory for sales, if needed
· Other duties as assigned.

Education:
· High School Diploma, some college a plus.

Requirements
· Spanish Speaking
· Possess excellent customer service skills
· Must be knowledgeable on store products
· Good phone skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Dress and perform job duties in a professional manner
· Follow company procedures and employee manual
· Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Ability to read, write and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and training.
· Able to read tape measure/caliper.
· Must be proficient in simple math; add, subtract, multiply, and divide – weights, length, size, etc.

Other Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
· Ability to sit, squat, twist, reach and stand/walk for an entire workday
· Ability to walk in a gravel yard and hard indoor surface to review stock many times each day
· Legally eligible to work in the United States.
· Experience working with Profit 21 or similar ERP
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Excel, Word
