Job description:
As a Collection Specialist with ProCollect, you will carefully adhere to policies, procedures and laws related to consumer collections.
Additional responsibilities of the Collection Specialist include:
โ€ข Contacting past due accounts via phone
โ€ข Working 200-300 accounts per day
โ€ข Maintaining accurate collection notes on past due accounts
โ€ข Operating a collections database in a Windows-based operating system
โ€ข Communicating professionally with consumers
โ€ข Completing other tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
As a Collection Specialist with ProCollect, you must possess excellent negotiation, telephone communication skills and an inner drive to succeed and have one year of Collections experience.
Additional requirements for the Collection Specialist include:
โ€ข Ability to thrive in a fast-paced quota-driven work environment
โ€ข Ability to work a 40-hour per week, rotating shift between the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
