    Job description

    Overview
    Foot Locker is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to play a key role in digital content management and personalization for Foot Locker. The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of e-commerce operational tasks and duties, including site content management, weekly marketing asset publishing, and quality assurance.
    The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly flexible, and driven individual who can excel under pressure and tight time constraints. This position will be responsible for a multitude of tasks across the website relating to e-commerce marketing. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, with the ability to filter and prioritize feedback and requests strategically are the keys to success in this role.
    Responsibilities
    • Upload content daily through content management systems, and execute onboarding of up to 150 assets per week for the US & CA businesses
    • Utilize multiple applications such as a content management system and personalization tool.
    • Attend meetings and work collaboratively with Site Merchants, Site Ops, Creative, UX Design, Planning, and GTS teams to ensure delivery of brand-appropriate marketing content on site
    • Identify and resolve technical issues before they go out to the customer; follow-through until resolution is vital.
    • Assist with Weekly and Monthly content reporting.
    • Ongoing QA and monitoring of website content and proper functionality.
    • Become integral part of development of future personalization strategies across the website
    • Accountable for add to cart, conversion and sales goals
    • Prioritize projects and actions based on analytics and metrics.

    Qualifications
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • Experience working in a collaborative or professional environment.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills that can be applied inter/intra departmentally to obtain critical information from other teams or individuals.
    • Strong capacity for multi-tasking, organization, working independently and time management. Candidates should be able to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy doing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Proactive personality.
    • An appreciation for and understanding of the Foot Locker customer and aesthetic.
    • A passion for retail and specifically ecommerce in today's marketplace.
    • In-depth computer literacy and internet proficiency.
    • Must be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issues.

    Preferred Skills
    • Competency with web-based product, content, or catalog management applications.
    • Understanding of global e-commerce website experiences
    • Technical expertise to answer questions about or troubleshoot problems with the website.

    Benefits
    The annual base salary range is $26.44-$31.25 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
