    Job description

    Overview
    Foot Locker is looking for a Manager, Store Marketing, to lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive traffic, engagement, and impact across our Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker stores. This role connects brand campaigns, product moments, mall partnerships, and in-store experiences to create a cohesive omnichannel journey for our customers.
    Responsibilities
    What You'll Do
    • Lead marketing strategy for all store openings, remodels, relocations, and closures.
    • Develop mall and local marketing programs, including media placements, events, and activations.
    • Drive omnichannel connectivity between retail experiences and digital ecosystems (app, loyalty, media, social, influencer).
    • Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure in-store storytelling aligns with brand and seasonal priorities.
    • Collaborate with Loyalty, App, and Geo teams to activate in-store offers, app-based experiences, and community events.
    • Measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities to increase foot traffic and conversion.

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of experience in integrated, retail, or omnichannel marketing.
    • Strong track record developing marketing programs that drive store traffic and customer engagement.
    • Experienced in store opening/closing strategies and mall-based marketing.
    • Data-driven, highly organized, and excellent at managing cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Skilled communicator who thrives in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.

    Benefits
    The annual base salary range is $80,000 - $90,000/ year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below
