Description

American Lumper Services is a growing Nationwide Warehouse Management company seeking a hybrid HR/ Recruiting Specialist. In this position, you will be the bridge between talent and our internal team, managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting employee retention and daily HR operations. Candidate must be reliable and have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with exceptional communication skills. This is an in-person position. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. 



Shift:

Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm


Pay rate:

$30-$32 per hour ( depending on experience)

Weekly pay


Benefits:

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Targeting and contacting multiple candidates daily
  • Post job openings 
  • Conducting in-person and or phone interviews
  • Scheduling interviews for the manager/supervisors
  • Extend job offers
  • Organizing and tracking the onboarding process
  • Conducting new hire orientations
  • Tracking attendance and payroll
  • Running background checks
  • Working with on-site managers to keep staffing levels at appropriate levels
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Employer participates in E-Verify
