HR Recruiter - Multifamily

Location: Vinings - Atlanta, GA 30339

Work Type: Full-Time

HR Recruiter needed to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our company's growth through exceptional hiring practices. In this role, you will complete recruiting function, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage all aspects of the recruiting function, including sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
  • Identify, attract, and prescreen qualified candidates across multiple markets and job levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Train and mentor managers on best recruiting practices and interview techniques
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate and execute job fairs, recruiting events, and campus recruitment initiatives
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including background screening coordination and offer letter generation
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company hiring policies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience recruiting across multiple markets and industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
