Job description

We are a hunting and shooting manufactures sales representative group seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team!

The dedicated territory for this position includes Tennessee and other territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Position requires weekly travel in the territory making regular in person visits to dealer locations
  • During dealer visits take inventory levels of products and make suggestions of products to add
  • Resolve dealer questions and offer solutions to drive revenue
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep dealers aware of latest developments
  • Attend dealer events as well as distributor events and shows
  • Travel to national shows and sales meetings throughout the year is required

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience in the shooting sports, outdoor or hunting industry, preferred, however not required to apply if from other related fields
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with dealers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
