Job description

Role Summary

The Product Communications Manager leads the development and execution of strategic communications plans supporting product launches and enhancements. This role delivers high-quality, client-focused communications that effectively position product capabilities across internal and external audiences. The position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide product messaging aligned with business objectives, regulatory standards, and global distribution needs.

Responsibitlites

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Investments, PR, Product, and Distribution) to develop and execute clear, accurate, and effective product communications strategies from concept through delivery.
  • Lead the development of internal talking points and external client-facing materials supporting product launches and enhancements across global distribution channels.
  • Write and maintain foundational product content for broad use across marketing teams, including core messaging, internal materials, and client communications.
  • Establish and recommend writing standards and content guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across product communications.
  • Ensure all content meets quality standards and adheres to regulatory requirements by collaborating closely with Compliance and Legal partners.
  • Develop and manage project plans to support timely execution of product communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with key business milestones.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 3-5 years of total relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of experience in asset management or financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear messaging
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and global teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
