Enterprise Sales Executive - Rapaport Trade
The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added-value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. Rapaport Trade, a division of the Rapaport Group, is the world's largest online diamond and gemstone trading marketplace, serving thousands of diamond manufacturers, dealers, retailers and enterprise clients internationally.
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team.
Reporting directly to the CRO, the Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving complex B2B sales processes from start to finish, identifying strategic business opportunities and presenting Rapaport Trade's solutions to enterprise-level companies in the jewelry and diamond industry.
This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing, both remotely and in person
- Source, research and engage outbound enterprise leads
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across target organizations
- Identify and close new business opportunities within strategic markets
- Maintain weekly sales forecasts and consistently achieve quota targets
- Present Rapaport Trade's solutions using consultative and value-based sales approaches
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with enterprise clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product and customer success teams
- Manage all sales activity through Salesforce.com
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling digital platforms, marketplaces or technology solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, process-driven and goal-oriented
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
