Position Title: Customer Support Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Customer Support Analyst in Tallahassee, FL. This on-site role offers Flexibility within a 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM window, including Saturdays, on a rotation or regular basis. You will provide essential technical support for software, hardware, and related devices, troubleshooting issues to restore service efficiently. Responsibilities include guiding customers through technical processes, maintaining knowledge and call tracking databases, and assisting with specialized hardware like printers and smartphones. You will also support audio-visual and video conferencing setups, contributing to smooth communication and collaboration. This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals eager to grow their IT support skills in a collaborative environment.
Top Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCDST) or an associate/b bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field are preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in hardware/software support, or customer service with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or higher.
