As a Senior Solution Architect for Innovations, you will lead solution design and technical strategy for the Global Solutions Management - Operations II (GSM-O II) program. You'll define architectures, create technical roadmaps, and integrate emerging technologies while working with executive leadership, engineering teams, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
• Own the architecture and technical design for a large-scale AWS cloud-based platform.
• Develop complex solution architectures, ensuring alignment with DISA's strategic goals.
• Implement modern technologies like SDN, AIOps, AI/ML, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
• Author design documentation, requirements, and technical roadmaps.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Partner with Chief Architect, engineering leads, and customer stakeholders to drive solutions.
• Present technical solutions and innovations to senior government customers.
• Guide technical teams through implementation and troubleshooting.
• Support business development efforts by authoring whitepapers, RFI responses, and trade studies.
Growth & Innovation
• Conduct analysis of alternatives, trade studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify opportunities for new solutions, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Support proposal development and cost estimation for future GSM-O II capabilities.
