The IT Solution Architect will implement technology strategies and develop technology roadmaps for integration of cloud-based Corporate Applications (HR, Payroll, Business Services and Legal) and Reporting and Analytics solutions. The IT Solution Architect will also provide technical oversight of integration development and work with both Client Internal and External (vendor) resources.

Job Summary:

Responsible for establishing and providing technology and architecture leadership. Provides technical management and integration solutions for large cloud Corporate Applications and Information and Analytics solutions.

Utilizes strong hands on skills and expert knowledge of integrating modern cloud and analytics technologies. Produces high level integration designs and manages creation of low level integration designs. Prototypes technology solutions as well as develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Responsible for developing standards and guidelines for cloud integration and analytics integration use. Provides product recommendations that enable our business.

About the role:

Develops systems integration architecture, designs, patterns, guidelines and roadmaps in support of cloud Corporate Applications and Reporting and Analytics solutions

Designs and prototypes solutions to business problems in alignment with the architecture direction and standards.

Provides technical oversight to integration activities

Establishes and leads cloud Corporate Application and Reporting and Analytics technology strategy and technology roadmaps

Partners with Service Owners to align the roadmap with the technical integration design and strategy.

Designs and develops cloud Corporate Applications and Reporting and Analytics integration architecture (frameworks, software/applications, data, information, and technology)

Provides consultation on leveraging new and existing software and technology as well as evaluating potential solutions.

Recommends and drives innovative solutions, which anticipates the future direction of the business

Leads teams, may have overall leadership responsibility for Corporate Applications and Reporting and Analytics integration architecture and design.

Reviews and ensures major architectural designs are consistent, maintainable, flexible and cost effective solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master's degree in technical discipline; 5+ years of architecture experience in integration development in a complex, multi-platform distributed environment.

Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.

Passionate about work, curious, and willing to take on difficult challenges.

In-depth knowledge of integration technologies (Dell Boomi, SAP HCI, Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft BizTalk)

Experience with REST and SOAP integration technologies e.g. MuleSoft

Hands on API and Micro services (REST, SOAP) experience.

Proficient in new and emerging technologies.

Strong leadership skills; coaching and mentoring skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.

High degree of flexibility and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization with diverse backgrounds.

Strong consulting skills (relevant/technical); recognized as a thought leader within the company.
