About the position

The Advanced Solutions Architect provides strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects. They drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements, collaborate closely with Sales teams on pre-sales activities, and serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on pre-sales activities.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in solution implementations. 
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of service delivery processes.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. 

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.
  • Competent understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Competent with Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Competent with Unix/Linux.
  • Competent in scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Competent in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
  • Competent with business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making. #LI-NA1
