Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Company Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative Trainee to join our dynamic sales team in the Kalamazoo, Northern Indiana and Chicago areas. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and develop essential skills for a successful career in the field. The Sales Representative Trainee will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to learn about our products/services, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in training programs to learn about company products/services, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  2. Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain practical insights into sales techniques.
  3. Learn to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address customer inquiries and objections.
  4. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales.
  7. Continuously seek feedback and incorporate learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and performance.
