How You'll Lead Change as Regional Medical Director
  • Work closely with the CMO todrive performance, uphold quality standards, and serve as liaison between the clinical and executive team.
  • Provide strategic leadership for all clinical education initiatives, guiding the creation, execution, and evaluation of student training programs and overseeing a group of ~ 20 providers
  • Act as a champion for population health, culturally competent care, and health equity across the region

Requirements for the Regional Medical Director
  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution, MD or DO
  • CA Medical License
  • BC in area of Specialty (Family Medicine or Pediatrics)
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience
  • Provider supervisory experience, leadership education, or related experience
  • FQHC or related experience with minority or underserved population
