Retail Donation Attendant

LOCATION: CLINTON HWY

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part Time/Non-Exempt/Regular

HOURLY WAGE $14.00

Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking part-time Retail Donation Attendant. Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary:

Responsible for receiving all donated items from customers donating at Goodwill Retail Sore. Responsible for sorting all donations into proper categories. Assist customers with donations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated materials, and thank donors for their donated items.
  • Ensure that all donated goods received, inspected, sorted and placed into holding bins.
  • Assist customers in the disposal of recycled materials.
  • Cleaning duties (including but not limited to) donation center inside and outside area are clean and safe.
  • Customer service activities (including but not limited to) greeting, assisting, and thanking donors in a positive/professional manner.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
