Head of Product & Business Development - Agentic Payments

Rumble

Sarasota, FL • On-site, Remote

$225K - $275K/yr

Full-time

Posted 22 days ago

Job description

Rumble is the Freedom-First technology platform. We proudly offer a video platform, cloud services, advertising solutions, and a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet.

Role Overview

The Head of Product & Business Development - Agentic Payments will own go‑to‑market and strategic partnerships for Rumble Cloud's crypto‑native infrastructure services and payment rails. This role is responsible for building a high‑value ecosystem of exchanges, wallets, AI/agent platforms, and payment providers that positions Rumble Cloud as the default infrastructure for agentic payments. We have offices in Toronto, Sarasota, Miami, and Washington D.C. - the preference would be in a commutable distance from the office, but this position can be remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the BD strategy for Rumble Cloud's crypto IaaS and payment infrastructure, including target segments (exchanges, neobanks, payment processors, wallets, DeFi, AI/agent platforms).
  • Leverage deep expertise in crypto infrastructure to translate today and future market needs into a robust product and go to market roadmap from crypto to agentic payments.
  • Build, prioritize, and manage a qualified pipeline of strategic accounts and partners from first touch through closing and expansion.
  • Source and close infrastructure and payment processing deals that drive GPU/compute utilization, transaction volume, and Rumble Wallet/payment adoption.
  • Structure commercial models for agentic payments and micro transactions (usage‑based, rev‑share, interchange‑like economics, minimum commitments) aligned with Rumble's broader strategy.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape the crypto IaaS and payments roadmap (RPC, settlement, custody partners, on/off‑ramps, billing, compliance features) based on market feedback.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop messaging, positioning, and campaigns for crypto‑native and AI/agent‑native developers and enterprises.
  • Educate priority customers on agentic payment use cases (autonomous subscriptions, machine‑to‑machine payments, agent wallets) and map these to Rumble Cloud primitives.
  • Negotiate and close complex agreements, including joint GTM, co‑marketing, technical integration, and multi‑year infrastructure commitments.
  • Track pipeline, forecast, and performance rigorously in CRM, and report insights to leadership on market trends and product gaps.
  • Represent Rumble Cloud at industry events across crypto, payments, and AI/agent ecosystems; build a strong network of C‑level and founder relationships.
  • Ensure all partnerships and payment flows account for evolving regulatory and compliance requirements across key jurisdictions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in crypto, payments, or cloud infrastructure, with a track record of closing high‑value B2B deals.
  • Strong networks in crypto and cloud communities
  • Deep understanding of blockchain primitives (L1/L2, wallets, custody, stablecoins, on/off‑ramps, DeFi) and how they intersect with fiat payment systems.
  • Strong grasp of emerging agentic payment models and how AI agents will initiate, authorize, and reconcile payments.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly technical environment (GPUs, cloud infra, APIs, SLAs) and translating these into clear commercial value propositions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter, "hunter" mentality, capable of building a new line of business from 0→1 with minimal structure.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills, including working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and legal/compliance.
  • Preferred: prior experience at a crypto exchange, payment processor, wallet provider, or AI infrastructure company.

Annual Compensation Range:

$225,000 - $275,000 USD base + benefits + equity
