Job description

Front Office Agent Position

We are looking for a responsible Front Office Agent who will be joining our reception team, acting as our company's 'face' and ensuring our visitors are properly welcomed. Your duties will also include coordination of all front desk activities according to daily checklists.

You should possess a pleasant personality together with a dynamic professional attitude to achieve customer service and financial goals.

You should also be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.

Front Office Agent/Driver Responsibilities Are:
  • Manage front desk day to day activities, ensure prompt reply to guest calls, requests and resolve guest issues and complains.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate check-in
  • Prompt in attendance and committed to excellence in performance.
  • Complete all training required by brand standards.
  • Handling complaints and specific customers requests.
  • Monitoring stock and replenish office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
  • Managing mail distribution.
  • Handling cash and shift Open/Close process.
  • Managing guest records and issue guest folios upon request.
  • Overseeing the compliance with company's policies and security requirements.
  • Drive hotel shuttle to and from airport and any other areas approved by management.
Front Office Agent/Driver Requirements Are:
  • 1 year experience of working on a front desk, reception, or any other customer service related position, Hilton experience is desired but not required.
  • Profound experience in customer service, front office operation and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Good experience with office machines (such as fax machines and printers)
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma; additional certification will be a bonus
