Job description

Position Summary:
Our kitchen staff helps prepare and serve our menu items while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a smaller, friendly work environment where attention to detail and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare menu items according to Copa recipes and standards
  • Complete basic food prep before and during service
  • Plate food neatly and consistently
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and work area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Wash dishes and help with kitchen cleanup as needed
  • Monitor supplies and communicate when items need to be restocked
  • Work together with servers and other staff to provide excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently after training
  • Takes pride in quality and presentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during busy periods
  • Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required

Schedule:

  • Part-time position - principally Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
