    Job Title: Sr. Managers, Software Development
    Job Location: Irvine, California
    Job Type: Full Time
    Rate of Pay: $184,558.00 - $270,100.00 / per year
    Job Duties: Provide system design solution and low-level design for large complex system. Participate in hackathon, pair programming, bug fixing and coding. Provide observability matrix on the production system and provide production support to the system. Provide oversight to application development projects, enhancements and implementations and building complex architecture, design and integration. Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure alignment with project and technical strategy and roadmaps. Ensure that application functionality meets complex business requirements. Perform risk analysis and mitigation. Participate in strategic planning meetings with product management, architecture, and design. Provide input in defining operation plans and strategies. Recommend and implement departmental specific procedures. Oversee all production incidents for assigned software systems/products. Prioritize, assign, and track all incidents through closure. Coordinate escalation and resolution with business and IT teams. Lead production support teams at multiple locations. Lead third party vendor resources/contractors. Communicate incidents' status across multiple countries. Coordinate with Global IT operations and infrastructure team to test upgrades, patches, and maintenance of hardware/software for the assigned applications. Participate in compliance audits. Act as application owner for multiple servers. Manage Subscriptions and Renewals system. Lead a large applications development and production support team across multiple countries. Provide leadership to highly motivated software development team including developers, leads and supervisors. Guide developers, tech lead, team lead and software development professionals to build, enhance and maintain web application.
    Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 12 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.
