    Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of complex, engineered products across their full lifecycle—from introduction through maturity and end-of-life. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and commercial operations, ensuring products are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. The ideal candidate thrives in a technical environment and is confident translating complex product and engineering concepts into clear, compelling commercial messaging. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong emphasis on ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in driving new product introductions, strengthening go-to-market execution, and improving internal processes that support customer-facing teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out strategy
    • Lead new product introduction (NPI) planning and execution in partnership with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
    • Drive go-to-market readiness, ensuring alignment across sales, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
    • Support pricing strategy discussions and contribute to market-aligned positioning decisions
    • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations to ensure seamless product development and release execution
    • Manage and improve product sampling programs and customer evaluation processes
    • Develop product messaging, sales enablement tools, and internal training content
    • Partner with commercial teams to support adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
    • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or related commercial/engineering-facing roles
    • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and customer messaging
    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and channel partners
    • Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) preferred
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution capabilities
    • Bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement

    Additional Details
    • Highly visible role with cross-functional exposure across multiple business units
    • Strong emphasis on execution, accountability, and process improvement
    • Fast-paced, engineering-driven environment with innovative, high-impact products

    Perks
    • Direct impact on bringing advanced engineered products to market
    • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in high-growth sectors
    • Opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy and product success at scale
