The Vice President of Finance will build out a robust finance function, introduce the rigour and discipline required to support continued growth, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO.
<\/p>

This is not a back\-office or controller appointment. We're looking for a finance leader with experience building from the ground up, managing through complexity, and contributing at the highest level of a business.

Key Requirements for the VP of Finance<\/b>

  • 10+ years of senior finance experience, including at least 4 years in a SaaS environment.
    <\/li>\n
  • Prior appointment as Vice President of Finance, Senior Director of Finance, or Controller on a CFO track at a SaaS business with ARR between $10M and $50M.
    <\/li>\n
  • Demonstrable, hands\-on experience of at least one strategic transaction, including sell\-side processes, recapitalisations, growth equity raises, or significant acquisitions.

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including SaaS revenue recognition and deferred revenue management.

  • Experience in regulated B2B software is desirable.

  • Prior direct involvement in the sale of a private company is highly advantageous

  • A background in investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity operations earlier in the career is a plus.
