Build and maintain project business cases, implementation plans, KPI frameworks, and benefit realization trackers for all assigned initiatives.
Collaborate with Control Tower teams, logistics coordinators, and supplier contacts to implement approved changes and embed new operational processes. Track and report project-level savings realization, measuring actuals against projected benefits and identifying corrective actions where gaps emerge. Support the Principal Supply Chain Engineer on larger strategic initiatives, providing analytical support, data preparation, and implementation coordination.
