Job Responsibilities
The Revenue Audit Clerk is responsible for the counts, audits and balances of all revenue and expense related documents with revenue received and expenses paid. Revenue Audit clerks work in conjunction with Auditors and Accounting personnel in order to manage accurate financial records for Gaming and Non-Gaming areas. Input data figures and documents compiled by others. Must have good attention to detail, have a general knowledge of relevant computer technologies, such as word processing and spreadsheet software. Have a high standard of math skills and be good at keeping records and communicating information.
Essential Duties/Core Competencies
  • Perform audits assigned in an efficient and accurate manner on a daily basis.
  • Generates daily reports and reconcile large audit variances.
  • Complete daily checklist for all audits.
  • Prepares Exceptions Reports for non-compliance issues.
  • Generates clear and legible scanned images for the audit and accounting processes.
  • Picks up paperwork for the audits on the casino floor.
  • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of financial records and catching mistakes.
  • Prepares daily revenue and expense reports.
  • Maintain STRICT confidentiality of internal activities.
  • Work as shared services between other properties as needed.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
  • Demonstrates consistent regard and dedication to guests, vendors, colleagues and the Company by being engaged, interested and productive
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company's success

Work/Educational Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Prior Casino Gaming or hotel experience preferred

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other Team Members or guests. Fluency in English required. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to compute complex mathematical calculations. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
