NOW HIRING - Revenue Specialist!

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. If you enjoy working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting critical processes that keep the business running smoothly, this role may be a great fit for you.

Professional Transportation, Inc. has been providing crew transportation services for railroads since 1980 and has an industry reputation for providing quality, reliable, and safe crew transportation services. Much like a shuttle service, PTI receives around-the-clock requests from our railroad customers to pick up and drop off train crews.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring trips are billed according to guidelines set forth by the current contract with the Railroad's (RR) and PTI and that we bill as much of the trip duration as allowable.

Responsibilities:
Meet Billing End of Month Deadlines
  • Process trips assigned to according to contract languages and PTI billing deadlines.
  • Meet production numbers (set per position and RR).
  • Identify trips that are not billable and process in CREW and the customer system.

Training/Cross Train
  • Sit with Coordinator for retrain and new information.
  • Review training manual for assigned RR.
  • Learn another RR OTR.

Support Other Team Members and Customers
  • Assist other team members when required to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist team coordinator with assigned tasks as needed.
