As a Client Contribution Services Associate, you will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and uploading payroll contribution files to ensure accurate and timely processing within system requirements. This role plays a critical part in in ensuring payroll files and corresponding deposits are properly matched and applied to client retirement accounts.. Learning agility is required to understand the various bill generation times and various file layouts. This position requires working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high technical proficiency to resolve errors, maintain processing accuracy, and support seamless system operations within Client Contribution Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format and prepare payroll contribution files in accordance with system and processing requirements.
  • Upload payroll files and ensure successful system processing
  • Matching incoming client deposits with corresponding payroll file uploads to ensure accurate and timely paring of contributions
  • Monitory and work various system error reports to identify and resolve processing issues
  • Research discrepancies between payroll files and deposits to ensure proper posting of contributions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve file formatting issues and system errors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of file processing activities and issue resolutions
  • Ensure all processing deadlines are met in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve file processing efficiency and system workflows
  • Support operation consistency and accuracy within Client Contribution Services
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals
  • Work across multiple applications and systems to complete tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
