Job description

Position Summary:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving consistent patient referrals by strengthening relationships with key providers, developing VIP accounts, and providing in-depth education on Pure's services. This mid-level sales role builds on foundational skills with advanced selling techniques and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify and promote Pure Healthcare's core values: People Obsessed, Passionate, Builder, and Grateful.
  • Conduct a minimum of eight or more in-person provider visits daily, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, and identify VIP accounts.
  • Develop a comprehensive territory plan to research, identify, and engage specialty providers on the benefits and value proposition of referring their patients to Pure Infusion Suites.
  • Quickly gain the necessary knowledge about the biologic treatment industry, the medications offered by Pure, and state-based payer requirements, to confidently communicate with referring offices and provide valuable education.
  • Log activity in the CRM (Salesforce) and maintain an organized contact schedule.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and operational teams to support new patient onboarding and ensure a smooth and efficient new patient intake process. Responsibilities may include gathering missing referral documentation from provider offices, following up on assigned tasks, and maintaining communication with VIP contacts in practices.
  • Achieve quarterly referral and drug quotas consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in provider offices.
  • Provide in-depth education to providers about Pure's services and solutions.

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience (2+ years in medical/healthcare sales).

โ€ข Intermediate knowledge of computers (MS Office) Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
โ€ข Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus.
