Position OverviewAs an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will focus on generating new business, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing directly to agency growth. You will work with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs, present personalized solutions, and guide clients confidently through the sales process.
This is a fully remote role offering strong earning potential, agency support, and ongoing professional development.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through inbound opportunities, referrals, outbound follow-up, and lead management
Conduct consultative insurance conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance products confidently and professionally
Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-up
Manage sales pipeline activity efficiently from lead to bind
Handle objections professionally and maintain persistence throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within agency systems
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities
Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding production goals
QualificationsActive Property & Casualty license required
Prior insurance sales experience required
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with strong closing ability
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
