The Director of Sales Operations at Millennium Broadband Solutions will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. This leadership position involves strategic oversight of sales operations, driving data-informed decisions, continuous process improvement, leading key initiatives, optimizing sales tools (including CRM systems), and providing strategic insights to boost overall sales and marketing performance. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead sales enablement initiatives by implementing tools, training, and resources that improve team effectiveness and productivity
  • Identify, implement, and manage sales automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Drive key sales initiatives and projects focused on increasing productivity, simplifying processes, and supporting strategic goals
  • Monitor and report on initiative progress, ensuring alignment with company objectives and measurable impact on performance
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to improve data integrity and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations) to develop reporting, insights, and data-driven strategies
  • Analyze sales performance through KPIs, pipeline metrics, forecasting, and win/loss data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth and improve team performance
  • Lead communication and change management efforts impacting the sales organization, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams
  • Partner with leadership to develop and maintain communication strategies, including updates on key initiatives and organizational changes
  • Ensure timely, accurate communication and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategic initiatives across the sales team
