Summary
The Cleaner-Housekeeper reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for the daily cleaning/upkeep of the property's amenities, common areas, leasing office, model, etc, and the overall cleanliness of full vacant and partial vacant apartments. The primary responsibilities of the Cleaner-Housekeeper include but is not limited to: performing the cleanliness portion of the make ready process throughout the year, and during turn season as directed by the Property Manager, responding according to company policy to cleaning assignments, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service. On call and weekend hours may be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintains positive resident relations through superior service.
  • Responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas, including make ready apartments and common areas.
  • Responsible for cleaning and preparing full vacant and partial vacant apartments for move-ins.
  • Responsible for cleaning and daily upkeep of the property's offices, amenities, etc.
  • Assists with the make ready process.
  • Identifies apartments in violation of property's trash/cleanliness expectations, and promptly reports deficiencies to the Property Manager in accordance with the property's policy.
  • Performs other turn related duties as assigned.
  • Promptly reports any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Participates in the daily operations of the property.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation
We offer an excellent compensation packet including a very competitive salary (DOE), bonus potential, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, HSA, etc.
Hourly Wage: $17-19 DOE. Rental housing discount of 20% offered to full-time employees who live on site.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
