Experience with version 1 (this is a software tool for agile)


Day to Day:

This person needs to be a very STRONG BA who is technical. This person is coming in mid project as a backfill for another contractor who resigned so they need to be able to pick up quickly without much direction. This position will act as a liaison between client area and our internal shared services teams to complete requirements and design of the new Case Management system. This system will be built on our BPM platform. Responsibilities will include creation of documents such as Business Requirements, Technical Design Specifications, Use Cases, and test plans. Work directly with business and testing team to define the appropriate test scenarios for the application. They will also monitor testing to make sure defects are actually problems.


Qualifications

Must Haves:


Experience with BPM (business process model) Solutions (This is a Microsoft product)


Experience with web services and data services (This person needs to know how these services work because they will be handling the documenting and research stage of it if the application team comes to them with questions.)


Extremely strong BA experience. A person who is technical.


Experience in an Agile environment
