Job description

We are looking for a contract 1099, part-time (4-8 Hours a week) Accountant/Controller with experience in the following areas:
  • Issue monthly P&L statements and annual financial statements.
  • Cash Forecasting and cash flow balance.
  • Conduct variance analysis.
  • Prepare KPI's Monthly Reporting.
  • General Balance Sheet.
  • Support month-end close activities.
  • Assist with audit preparation and year-end close by gathering requested documentation and information.
  • Annual Financial Statements.
  • COGS and WHIP.
  • Tax Support/Filing
  • Apply sound business acumen, critical thinking, and strong communication in daily work.
  • Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assigned.

This position is in Office, up to 20-40 hours per month.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in accounting (Required).
โ€ข Full-cycle accounting experience.
  • QuickBooks Online-Experienced
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong Excel experience.
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently and as a team.
