Job description

The Tow Truck Operator plays a key role in vehicle recovery and towing operations using flatbed tow trucks across mixed environments. Working primarily day shifts with on-call availability, the operator ensures customer assistance, safety compliance, and proper load securing while occasionally providing roadside assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle recovery and towing operations using flatbed tow trucks
  • Assist customers with towing and roadside service needs
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
  • Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • Inspect tow trucks and equipment before and after shifts
  • Occasionally provide roadside assistance tasks as required
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must pass drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in vehicle towing
  • Valid Driver's License
