Position: Territory Business Manager

Location: Dayton, NJ

Duration: Full time

Job Description:ย 

Job summary:

State the general nature, level anapurpose of the job and provide a brief description of the duties and responsibilities.ย 

It may be easier to write the Client neral summary after completing other sections of the job description. ย ย 

Achieve or exceed company sales objectives through the promotion of contracted and non-contracted generic injectable-s to hospitals, alternate site facilities, distributors and wholesalers in the assigned territory. ย 

Plan and organize sales calls within assigned territory for effective maximum use of time. Maintain detailed account information and keep management apprised of competitive activity in the area. Work with Auro Medics management team in identifying new contracting opportunities within Individual Delivery Networks in assigned territory. Drive compliance to existing contractual agreements. ย ย 

Reporting Relationships If applicable, provide the number of employees and the jobs of the staff reporting to this job. ย 

The Territory Business Manager will report to the National Sales Manager.ย 

There are no direct reports to the Territory Business Manager. ย  ย 


Duties & Essential Job Functions:ย 

Identify the functions or tasks that employees in the job perform.ย 

The essential functions should state the purpose of the work and the results to be accomplished, rather than how the function is performed. Of the task listed, what percenta Client of time is devoted to each? The more time employee's s pend on a function, the more likely it is that the function is essential.ย 

Generally, include those functions that account for 10% or more of the work, i.e., key items that contribute significantly to the achievement of the job. The functions should add up to 100%

PERCENT OF TIME (Time of all duties must add up to 100%) FREQUENCY (daily, weekly, mon thl y, quarterly y, yearly) ESSENTIAL DUTIES (List in order of importance - most significant first) ย ย 

80% Weekly Visit hospital, alternate site accounts, and distributor/ wholesalers in perso 20% Weekly Administrative tasks: follow up, reporting, future appointments planning ย  ย  ย
