Salary Range: $47,962.37 - $66,575.81
POSITION SUMMARY
The Technology Support Specialist provides on-site technical support for faculty, staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of all instructional and administrative technology. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems, supporting classroom technology integration, and assisting with district-wide technology initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in computer information systems recommended, or technical certification preferred.
Relevant Certifications:
CompTIA and A+ preferred, Microsoft Certifications, Dell Certifications and Certified Cybersecurity Awareness Professional (CCAP)
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Information Technology support, preferably in an educational setting.
