Our customer in Harvard, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Stockers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for restocking inventory, preparing outbound orders, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
Responsibilities of the Stocker:
  • Restock inventory within the department to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Lift, stack, and stock cartons while preparing outbound orders.
  • Pick products by order and track inventory using RF scanners.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and inventory counts.
  • Follow safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
Stocker Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or a similar environment.
  • Ability to perform basic math to ensure accurate inventory counts.
