Senior Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

A fast growing and highly respected personal injury law firm in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding litigation team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is confident managing complex personal injury cases from pre litigation through trial.

The ideal candidate brings strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support attorneys on high value, high complexity matters. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

About the Role

The Senior Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on all aspects of case preparation, discovery, and trial readiness. This includes drafting litigation documents, preparing court filings, managing disclosures, coordinating discovery, reviewing medical records, and communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Managing the discovery process, including initial and supplemental disclosures, is a key part of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Draft litigation documents and prepare filings for submission to the court
  • Assist attorneys with interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery tasks
  • Manage case deadlines, court schedules, and internal calendars
  • Maintain organized pleadings, discovery indexes, and case files
  • Prepare exhibits, evidence binders, briefs, and appendices
  • Review, summarize, and organize medical records and other case related documents
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, court staff, and opposing counsel
  • Support attorneys with trial preparation, including pretrial filings and exhibit lists
  • Gather and organize relevant information needed for case development

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a litigation paralegal with a strong background in personal injury
  • Ability to draft litigation and discovery documents with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal case management software
  • Experience reviewing and understanding medical records
  • Ability to prepare a case for trial, including all pretrial filings and deadlines
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex personal injury cases preferred
