Guaranteed hourly rate & base pay

What You’ll Do
  • Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales leadership training program
  • Maintain a strong and visible leadership presence on the sales floor by actively selling, coaching, and driving performance
  • Deliver personalized customer service while achieving individual and store sales goals
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Promote and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on all products and services offered
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a welcoming and visually appealing showroom
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up
  • Support associates in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

What We’re Looking For

Retail sales or leadership experience required (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS!)
Bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to drive results and create a high-performance culture
