The right candidate will manage inbound leads with the utmost care while also expanding their networks with builders & property managers to create future relationships. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in sales, with prior experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of qualifying and closing while also creating new relationships with Builders and potential clients.
One must also:
โ€ข Sell consultatively and not on price.
โ€ข Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals.
โ€ข Effectively manage relationships over a long period of time
โ€ข Have ample construction knowledge.
โ€ข Be effective at working with a referral network.
โ€ข Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional at first.
โ€ข Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable.
Qualifications
โ€ข Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
โ€ข Prior experience working in the construction industry is required.
โ€ข High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
โ€ข 3 or more years of experience in sales preferred.
โ€ข Outstanding organizational skills and time management.
