Robert Half is assisting a valued client in their search of an Inside Sales Rep / Account Manager. This position combines relationship management, consultative outreach, and market insight to strengthen existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in account development and client-facing service, along with the ability to align member needs with organizational offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Promote additional engagement opportunities when appropriate.
  • Record member interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Work with internal teams to address member needs and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Manage the quote desk experience as the main point of contact.
  • Receive and process quote requests through phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with the strategic sourcing team to ensure timely responses.
  • Share quote updates with the sales team as needed.
  • Track outstanding quotes and follow up within established turnaround times.
  • Provide timely status updates and reporting on quotes.
