An early-stage technology company is transforming restaurant operations by replacing traditional POS systems with a mobile-first CRM and payments platform. This solution enables operators to manage customer relationships, payments, and in-service experiences without relying on legacy hardware.

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and contribute to building and scaling a disruptive product in the restaurant technology space.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Leader to own and grow a defined multi-state territory. This is a commission-only role with equity participation, designed for highly entrepreneurial sales professionals seeking significant upside and ownership.

This role goes beyond sales execution-you will help shape go-to-market strategy, build the territory, and directly influence revenue growth and product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting through closing

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of restaurant operators and multi-unit groups

  • Conduct in-person product demos and operational walkthroughs
