The Agency Network is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager will work directly with account leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that commercial projects are managed effectively and efficiently, and most importantly, to our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure project information is captured appropriately
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure project work is being completed on time and as required
  • Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, on project status
  • Track project requirements and status in project management software
  • Coordinate & guide the planning and implementation of projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables and costs using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Ensure quality assurance with regards to projects
  • Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills- experience utilizing MS Office including MS Project, Excel, or other project organizational tools such as WorkFront.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Compensation Range:
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
