Job description

The Production Associate is responsible for production assembly activities of automotive HVAC products for BCC Customers. Production Associates will be trained in all aspects of the assembly processes, to include equipment to be utilized and, parts and component knowledge, Work Instructions and safety. Production Associates must be able to work on the assembly line while standing for extended durations. Production Associates must possess keen attention to detail and exhibit a high-quality standard of work.
