Job description

The Erosion Company (TEC) is currently hiring an Operations Support Coordinator for our Woodstock, GA location. We are the largest and most experienced Erosion Control contractor in the Southeast, offering comprehensive erosion control, specialty materials, forestry, and other site clean-up/control services to a wide variety of clients.
The Operations Support Coordinator is a key contributor to the success of TEC. They take "ownership" of all support functions pertaining to day-to-day operations. They will work closely with all levels of the organization and must ensure the overall commitment to excellence, customer service, and quality that is key to TEC's success.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Perform data entry and various clerical duties in an effective manner paying special attention to detail.
  • Track, organize, and schedule routes for drivers as well as deliver next-day paperwork to appropriate locations.
  • Work closely with Operations through email and telephone communication to include multiple locations.
  • Strong organization with the ability to multi-task in several applications.
  • Monitor Outlook continually and utilize Adobe to process inbound paperwork.
  • Create Excel spreadsheet reports twice daily for tracking/accounting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate policies in route functions.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot routing problems.

Job Requirements:
  • MS Office Suite, Adobe, Outlook, Excel, and general office equipment experience.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to follow direction and receive constructive criticism.
  • Capacity to report to our Woodstock location daily.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Pre-employment drug screen required
