Office Service Coordinator

The Office Service Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a professional, efficient, and hospitality-driven workplace environment. This position serves as a central point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, ensuring that daily office operations are conducted smoothly while consistently adhering to SPS service standards.


What You'll Do:

Reception & Front-of-House Services

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Oversee visitor check-ins, badges, and security protocols.
  • Maintain a polished and organized reception area.

Office Operations & Facilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and supply partners.
  • Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests and facility issues.
  • Support office relocations and workstation setups.
  • Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies.

Workplace Experience

  • Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are fully functional and prepared for guests.
  • Support meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Security teams.

Vendor & Service Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for building management and vendors.
  • Coordinate work orders and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Escalate service issues as necessary.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with office projects and operational initiatives.
  • Track expenses and support the purchasing process.
  • Maintain service logs and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-4 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or facilities coordination.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
