Job description

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic Marketing team! This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in Marketing, Business Development, and Campaign Management. The Entry Level Marketing Representative will support our growing consumer base, and represent our brand partners in the greater Portland and Vancouver areas.

Duties:

  • Represent the company and its clients professionally in marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Communicate product or service benefits clearly to potential customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in executing direct marketing strategies and outreach initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Track customer interactions and report feedback to management.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop marketing, communication skills.
  • Follow company guidelines, brand standards, and ethical marketing practices.
  • Support team efforts to improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
