The Marketing Automation Manager will play a vital role in the architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ABM marketing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing departments, IT, brand, external agencies, and internal subject matter experts to deploy a successful campaign strategy. The Marketing Automation Manager will be ABM's marketing automation expert, working to create scalable processes that ensure best practices and drive operational efficiency, while executing against an effective campaign strategy.
This position will also work closely with Marketing Analytics to evaluate program effectiveness across digital channels, with a focus on data integrity, detailed attribution measurement, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
This is a Hybrid position- four days in the office-(Monday -Thursday) Must live in the Atlanta, GA surrounding area.
Pay: $115,000.00-$125,000.00
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities
Tactical Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administration of Marketo campaigns, reporting, and database operations.
  • Oversee the Marketing Automation team and develop capabilities of individuals on that team.
  • Develop digital campaigns and nurture strategy by researching and recommending segmentation, targeting, and personalization best practices.
  • Plan, build, and deploy Marketo integrated campaigns - including field mapping, data management, email deliverability, QA and execution - designed to generate leads for Sales.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing and data validation to ensure accurate data and performance reporting. Manage tagging and tracking via utm parameters.
  • Scale campaign operations to maximize output while maintaining data integrity across marketing tech stack.
  • Build, automate, and align reporting on multi-channel campaigns (email, event, webinar, direct mail, social, ads, ABM, etc.) across various tools and advise on changes where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals.
  • Stay abreast of Opt-in laws and privacy acts such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and CASL. Ensure compliance through advisement and proactive measures (e.g., build out or modify safe storage methods, implement automations for compliance, etc.).

Qualifications
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of related marketing operations and marketing automation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing automation platform admin.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and diplomacy skills.
  • Experience with database management with proven ability to work between systems and create segmentation rules, data hygiene processes, maintenance processes, and system reporting.
  • Experience and current proficiency creating and optimizing automation programs, including but not limited to email, landing pages, forms, reports, campaigns, and lists.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities (solving business challenges with marketing automation solutions).
  • Deep understanding and proficiency with marketing automation architectures, data, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience managing a marketing operations or production team a plus.
